Job Title: Host & Food Expediter

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + competitive tip share ($8-$10 per hour)

We're a fast-paced, high-energy bar and grill known for our great food, friendly service and lively atmosphere. We're currently hiring a Host & Food Expediter to be the first and last point of contact for our guests and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

As a Host, you will:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Manage waitlists and reservations using DineTime
- Maintain seating chart and balance server sections
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area

As a Food Expediter, you will:

- Act as the communication link between the kitchen and serving staff
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets our quality and presentation standards
- Keep track of chit times and ensure timely delivery of dishes




- Assist servers with garnishes, condiments, and order accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized expo line

Qualifications:

- Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required - we're happy to train the right person
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
