- We are currently seeking the services of a Building Maintenance Supervisor. This would be mainly a daytime position, and we have some flexibility on scheduling.
- A willingness to get the job done, and a winning attitude are essential to this position, as well as the ability to multi task. Organizational and prioritizing skills are necessary, as well as the ability to communicate at at high level both verbally and in writing.
- It would be preferable if you are mechanically inclined, have some experience in a trade (Painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc), and have worked at a similar position in a hotel environment.
- Experience scheduling staff and managing people is considered an asset.
