Key Responsibilities:
• Create exceptional member experiences at counter and digitally
• Handle deposits, withdrawals,



and other basic transactions
• Promote credit union products based on member needs
• Ensure accurate daily cash balancing and reporting
• Engage with community to attract new members
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, post-secondary preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
• Bondable and capable of accurate cash handling
• Previous sales experience considered an asset
• Strong commitment to local community involvement
