Aussie Rules Piano Bar is on the hunt for the ALLSTAR of the team—a Busser/Bartender Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves being at the heart of the action. This role is the ultimate utility player, supporting every corner of the room to ensure our bartenders and servers can deliver the unforgettable Aussie Rules experience our guests know and love.

On a day-to-day basis, the right candidate will:

- Stock the bar with beverages and ice before and during the show.
- Set up the kitchen expo and dessert stations for smooth service.
- Organize glassware and bottles behind the bar.
- Run food to tables quickly and accurately.
- Assist with function food setup and service based on event sheets.
- Maintain tables and help with dishwashing duties.
- Answer guest inquiries and act as a liaison between guests, servers, and managers.
- Support servers with tasks throughout the night.
- Haul and organize bottles, keeping the bar clean and efficient.
- Break down bar setups at the end of the night.

The right candidate will demonstrate on their resume:

- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event support.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
- A team-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Comfort with physical tasks and late-night shifts.
