We are a growing family law firm of eight lawyers, and we’re looking for an experienced litigator to join our team.

About the Role

You’ll manage a varied family litigation caseload, including parenting disputes, property division, support matters, and complex high-conflict files. You’ll appear regularly in court and chambers, work closely with clients, and be supported by a collaborative team of lawyers and staff.

What We’re Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, ideally with some experience in family law
- Chambers experience and/or trial work
- Strong advocacy, research, and drafting skills
- Sound judgment and a client-focused approach in emotionally difficult matters
- Good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
