Smiths Falls Hyundai is currently seeking an Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, motivated, and dependable individual with a strong background in automotive dealership parts operations.

The successful candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and contribute to the efficiency and profitability of our Parts and Service Departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately identify, source, order, and distribute automotive parts.
- Assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts requirements.
- Utilize electronic parts catalogues and dealership management systems.
- Manage special orders, backorders, returns, and warranty parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.
- Monitor parts availability to minimize delays in the Service Department.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing parts inventory.
- Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and improve departmental efficiency.
- Maintain robust communication with technicians, service advisors, and management.
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership parts experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory procedures, and dealership operations.




- Experience using electronic parts catalogues and dealership management systems.
- Hyundai or Kia dealership experience is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
