Job Summary

The Regional Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 10–12 salon locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role provides leadership and support to salon managers, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, and a positive experience for both employees and customers.

Key responsibilities include overseeing staffing and recruitment, coaching and developing salon managers, resolving employee and customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Regional Salon Manager also implements marketing initiatives, drives retail sales, and supports customer acquisition and retention across all locations.

This position requires a strong leader with extensive multi-location management experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel regularly between salon locations to ensure operational excellence and continued business growth.

Duties

- Lead and manage multiple salon locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across all sites
- Supervise salon managers and staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to cultivate high-performing teams
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance customer service, and increase efficiency




- Oversee compliance with health and safety standards, and adherence to company policies
- Monitor weekly salon scheduling and make adjustments as needed.
- Oversee recruitment and conflict resolution within the salon.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional growth among staff.

Experience

- 10+ years experience in salon management or ownership.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a multi-location setting
- Strong track record of process improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth or operational efficiencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
