Your days will include:

- · Leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Customer Account Coordinators, ensuring priorities are clear and work is completed accurately and on time.
- · Monitoring customer accounts, including overdue balances, credit limits, and account activity, and escalating significant issues as required.
- · Reviewing customer account reports and reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring account information is complete and accurate.
- · Overseeing invoicing validation, account maintenance, collections follow-up, customer claims, credit memos, and miscellaneous customer invoices.




- · Preparing and analyzing operational and ad hoc reports to support Finance and cross-functional business needs.
- · Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, and overall efficiency across customer account operations.
- · Providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to the team while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls, and supporting other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- A diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, credit administration, or customer account operations, including experience supervising or providing direction to a team.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, account reconciliations, credit monitoring, collections, and customer account processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently with Finance and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy,



and commitment to internal controls, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, escalate issues appropriately, and work within established policies and procedures.
