We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitization
- Assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs in residential or commercial settings
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing




- Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial tasks as required for large-scale facilities or projects

Requirements

- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and climbing ladders
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily cleaning schedules efficiently
