Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to building, repairing, and restoring structures with craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial builds, utilizing your extensive knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, siding, roofing, and drywall using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, and siding application as needed.
- Assist with framing, cabinetry installation, plumbing rough-ins, electrical wiring setups, and roofing tasks to support various phases of construction projects.
- Conduct restoration work including drywall repairs, caulking, painting preparation, and general handyman tasks to restore buildings to their original condition.




- Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes; manage heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow schematics and technical instructions precisely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong background in woodworking and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques, masonry work, rebar installation, roofing systems, siding applications, and flooring installation.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and repair processes as well as tile laying skills.
- Experience with plumbing rough-ins and electrical wiring is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking on job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
- Construction experience in restoration projects or manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
