Project Details:

Based at our project in Northern BC, this will be a 2 week on / 2 week off rotation opportunity will run from October 2026 concluding on or around April 2027.

Responsibilities:

The Seasonal Labourers are responsible and accountable for the following:

- Strictly adhere to all legislated regulations, including the BC Mines Act, as well as company Health & Safety policies to ensure safe work practices and uphold Health & Safety as the top priority.
- Comply with all site-specific policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and safety standards.
- Safely handle and transport materials to support daily operations and site productivity.
- Operate basic and powered hand tools with precision, following all safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and drills to assist with surface tasks.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Execute tasks in accordance with established work procedures and safety standards.




- Carry out general duties as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Demonstrates the ability to take direction and respond effectively to supervision in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly motivated to complete tasks efficiently, even under heavy workloads and tight deadlines.
- Consistently performs all aspects of the job with accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Communicates clearly and works collaboratively with others to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
- Familiar with general tools and equipment including skid steers, loaders, drills, power washers, and painting tools.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repetitively and consistently throughout the workday.
- Prior experience working in an underground mining setting is preferred.
- Experience operating a Forklift and Zoom Boom is considered an asset, though not mandatory.
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and “welcome back” sessions upon returning to site to ensure alignment with safety protocols and operational updates.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, punctuality, and an unwavering commitment to safety. Must be willing to work a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotational schedule.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse crews and adapt seamlessly to different team dynamics.
- Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative as a proactive contributor to high-performing teams.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus, efficiency, and safety standards.

If this position involves frequent air travel to and from the work site. Applicants must meet all legislated requirements for air travel to work at the remote site camp. You will be required to work both dayshift and nightshift as part of the rotational schedule 14 days on site, 14 days off site. For this safety sensitive position, you will be required to undergo a background check and be required to undergo a substance test and pre-employment testing.
