Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the screen printing process.. This role involves producing high-quality prints on various materials while ensuring that all designs meet client specifications and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing machines (MR) to produce designs on fabric and other materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure accurate reproduction of artwork.
- Set up and operate automatic screen printing machines.
- Align screens, adjust press settings, and ensure proper ink application.
- Monitor print quality throughout production and make necessary adjustments.
- Mix and prepare inks according to job specifications.
- Maintain and clean screens, squeegees, and other printing equipment.
- Work with the production team to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in garment screen printing.
- Familiarity with automatic printing presses (MR).
- Understanding of screen mesh types, ink types, and curing processes.
- Maintain machine production and quality
- Count and sort product
- Follow Health & Safety policy and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace
- Other apparel decoration or warehouse related tasks and duties
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy

Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
