We are located at 274 Stewart Green SW, Calgary, AB, T3H3C8. We are looking for an Assistant Manager that can work along- side the General Manager.

A Crumbl Assistant Manager is a person with a high level of leadership, integrity, capability, and energy, who is seeking the challenge of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

- Delegating responsibilities and supervising in- store operations.
- Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker positions and fills in as necessary
- Training, inspiring, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies based on Availability, Quality, Hospitality, Cleanliness, and Leadership
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
- Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive




- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business

Assistant Manager Requirements:

- FoodSafe Certified or willing to become certified
- Previous experience managing others required
- High School Diploma, preferred
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Time and project management skills
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members

- Monday to Wednesday 2PM - 10:30PM
- Thursday and Friday 4PM - 12:30AM
- Weekend availability
