Intellect Workforce is looking for a motivated and results-driven 360 Recruiter to join our growing team in Mississauga. This role will manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client management to candidate recruitment, hiring, onboarding and scheduling.
The ideal candidate has experience in staffing or recruitment and is comfortable working with clients and candidates across warehouse, manufacturing, and apparel Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the 360 recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and understand client staffing requirements
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
- Complete candidate onboarding and required documentation
- Schedule employees for client shifts and manage staffing requirements
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct regular sales calls and business development activities
- Meet recruitment and placement targets
- Handle employee and client concerns professionally and promptly
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in recruitment
