As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, RIBO licenced Personal Lined Account Manager to join our team in our Burk’s Falls office.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage an established book of Personal Lines business and build strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Providing knowledgeable, friendly service by phone, email and in person
- Managing policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries and remarketing
- Identifying cross-selling and coverage opportunities
- Helping customers understand their coverage and make informed decisions
- Working with insurer portals for recent business, policy changes and renewals
- Collaborating with teammates to find solutions and deliver a great customer experience
- Contributing ideas to improve workflows and the way we work

This isn’t a role where you’re on your own. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with support around you, while still having the autonomy to manage your customers and your day.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hoping to find someone who knows Personal Lines insurance and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You’ll bring:





- 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- An active RIBO licence
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with insurer portals and brokerage technology
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the customer
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problems
- A willingness to learn, adapt and embrace change
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
