What You’ll Do

As our Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll help maintain the condition, functionality, and overall presentation of residential and/or commercial properties through quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and general improvement work.

Your responsibilities will include:

- General Repairs & Maintenance: Complete a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including doors, locks, hinges, hardware, drywall, minor carpentry, patching, painting, caulking, and other general property repairs.
- Property Upkeep: Identify maintenance concerns, address minor issues before they become larger problems, and help keep properties in excellent condition.
- Finish Work & Attention to Detail: Deliver clean, professional results with careful attention to fit, finish, function, and appearance.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Assess issues, determine practical solutions, and complete work efficiently without compromising quality.




- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine property inspections, identify potential concerns, and recommend appropriate repairs or improvements.
- Tools, Materials & Organization: Maintain tools and equipment, use materials responsibly, and keep work areas clean, organized, and protected.
- Customer Experience: Communicate professionally, arrive prepared, treat customers and tenants with respect, and represent the company with integrity.
- Workmanship & Accountability: Take ownership of assigned projects, follow through on commitments, and ensure completed work meets established quality standards.

All work must be performed within the candidate’s qualifications, applicable licensing requirements, and relevant safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

The right person is skilled with their hands, takes responsibility for their work, and understands that reliability and professionalism are just as important as technical ability.

Our ideal candidate has:

- 3+ years of professional handyman, maintenance, or general repair experience
- Solid working knowledge of general carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical
- A strong eye for detail and a finish-it-right mindset
- Reliable transportation and your own set of quality hand and power tools
- Dependability: you show up on time, communicate if plans change, and follow through
- A professional, friendly demeanor with clients and tenants
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license

We value practical experience, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic.



Formal trade education or certifications are welcome where relevant, but the ability to consistently deliver quality work is essential.
