Plane Jane is preparing for take-off! We have opened up our brand-new cannabis retail store in the next number weeks!! We’re looking for crew members who bring some product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and a true interest in cannabis culture. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you on board.

Additional Key Responsibilities

· Report directly to the Store Manager or designate

· Build strong /positive relationships with the team, customers, and the community

· Confidently educate customers on products and make tailored recommendations

· Accurately manage point-of-sale systems, cash handling, etc.

· Maintain a bright, clean, organized,



and welcoming store environment

· Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and cannabis regulations

· Calmly and professionally de-escalate challenging situations

· Perform additional duties as required to support store operations

Requirements Include

· Selling It Right certification (required prior to start date)

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting

· Team-oriented with a positive, reliable attitude

· Must be 19 years of age or older
