Position Overview

The Automotive Wash Attendant is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and presented to the highest standards. This role supports the sales and service departments by maintaining the appearance of new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles, contributing directly to the dealership’s overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash, dry, and detail exterior of vehicles (new, used, and customer vehicles)
- Clean interior surfaces including vacuuming, wiping, and window cleaning
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery to showroom standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay and detailing area
- Safely move and park vehicles on dealership property
- Inspect vehicles for damage or defects and report any concerns
- Ensure vehicles are properly staged for display on the lot or in the showroom
- Assist service department with cleaning customer vehicles post-service
- Follow all health & safety procedures and dealership policies

Qualifications





- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits
