TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a SCALE DESK ADMINISTRATOR for a Cold Lake area-based opportunity to work in an environmental service environment.
This opportunity is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting while providing administrative support and coordinating scale house activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring accurate transaction processing, recordkeeping, and customer service for daily operations.
Qualified candidates are encouraged to APPLY with your through
- Operate the scale house, including weighing inbound and outbound trucks
- Accurately record and process load tickets and customer transactions
- Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and maintain daily activity logs and reports
- Process tickets and track loads using SAP
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Must have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience using SAP or the ability to quickly learn and navigate the system
- Reliable transportation,
as public transportation is not available to the site
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Nice to have:
- Previous scale house experience
- Administrative experience in an industrial, environmental, or operational setting
