We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize various phone systems and transportation management systems to assist customers with their inquiries related to shipping, receiving, and freight management. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions will be crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high standard of phone etiquette.
- Analyze customer requests and issues, providing timely resolutions or escalating as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.




- Familiarity with phone systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and freight processes is advantageous.
- Proficient typing skills for data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.80-$28.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
