St. Catharines Mazda is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Temporary Full-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and guests.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to general customer inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks i.e. Stocking in vehicles, register/licence vehicles, filing
- Communicate professionally with customers, staff, and management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable personality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Comfortable answering multiple phone lines and handling customer inquiries
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer service
