At Jerry’s Skating World we design and manufacture figure skating dresses and apparel. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless flow of our production process, ensuring that each item meets our standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate various types of industrial sewing machines according to production specifications
- Follow detailed sewing instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent product output
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly desirable
- Proven ability to operate industrial sewing machines with precision and speed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions as well as having an understanding of English
- Familiarity with knit fabrics would be an asset
