Line & Grain · North York showroom · Part-time now, full-time from spring 2027

Line & Grain is a Toronto furniture brand with a 3,500 sq ft showroom in North York. We sell modern, comfortable furniture, including custom dining tables, sofas and chairs. We're a small, hands-on team, and we're looking for someone who loves helping customers and has an eye for making a room look great on camera.

What you'll do

- Welcome showroom customers, understand what they need, and help them choose and order
- Process payments accurately (cash, credit/debit and e-transfer)
- Answer customer messages by email, website and phone
- Book deliveries and handle returns and after-sale questions
- Keep in touch with past customers and designers, and let them know when new arrivals land that suit their style
- Keep the showroom clean and restyle displays so it always looks fresh
- Shoot photos and short videos of our products and showroom on your phone, and appear in them when you're comfortable
- Write captions and post to Line & Grain's Instagram and other social channels on a weekly plan
- Reach out to and coordinate with local creators and influencers

What we're looking for





- At least 1 year of retail sales experience (furniture or home decor is a big plus)
- Comfortable filming and editing short videos on a phone (CapCut, Instagram Reels or similar)
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Friendly, confident and fluent in English; a second language is a plus
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Nice to have: a G driver's licence

New to furniture? We'll train you on our materials, custom options and products.

How we'll measure success

- Monthly sales you close
- Content posted each week (photos, reels and stories)
- Feedback from customers and the team

Hours and pay

- Part-time to start (3-4 days a week, including weekends), 11:30 am–6:30 pm
- Grows to full-time Showroom Lead in April 2027
- Pay: $18/hour plus commission on your sales
