Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Master Prep Kitchen Cook specializing in Middle Eastern kebabs and grilling. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious kebabs, grilled meats, and other authentic dishes with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure our kitchen operates smoothly, delivering high-quality meals that delight our guests every time.

Duties

- Prepare and cook Middle Eastern kebabs, grilled meats, and related dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, chopping, and assembling ingredients for optimal flavor and presentation
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
- Assist in food service by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes to the serving area
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to ensure continuous operation




- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive kitchen environment focused on quality and efficiency

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchens with a specific focus on Middle Eastern cuisine or grilling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Strong skills in serving, meal preparation, and food industry operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly preferred
- Enthusiasm for authentic Middle Eastern flavors and culinary traditions
