We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Truck Driver & Warehouse Manager to join our team! Duties
- Safely operate company trucks for local and regional deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Conduct inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and implement process improvements for continuous efficiency gains
- Oversee forklift operations with proper certification to facilitate heavy lifting and material handling tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, inventory records, purchase orders, and delivery logs using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Windows-based systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while managing packaging procedures and order accuracy
- Analyze data related to logistics performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service
Experience
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred; experience in local or regional delivery routes is highly valued
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a warehouse or logistics setting
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred or required upon hiring
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques combined with physical stamina for demanding tasks involving manual handling
