We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Customer Service & Account Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and making sure projects stay on track from initial inquiry through delivery.

Experience in the promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, printing, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare customer quotes and pricing
- Source promotional products and apparel from suppliers
- Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes
- Process approved orders accurately
- Place orders with suppliers and coordinate purchasing
- Confirm product availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery dates
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders remain on schedule
- Proactively identify potential delays and resolve issues before they affect the customer
- Coordinate artwork, proofs, product details, quantities, colours, and decoration requirements
- Provide customers with order updates throughout the process
- Coordinate shipping and delivery details
- Work closely with our sales, purchasing, design, production, and shipping teams
- Maintain accurate order notes and records
- Assist with customer service issues and order-related problem solving

Qualifications

- Previous customer service, account coordination, order management, or inside sales experience
- Experience in the promotional products industry is strongly preferred
- Experience with branded merchandise, apparel, printing, embroidery,



screen printing, or similar industries is an asset
- Comfortable preparing quotes and working with pricing
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple active orders and deadlines at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable following up persistently with suppliers and customers
- Able to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them
- Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, order management systems, and online supplier websites

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work.

The right candidate will not simply enter an order and wait for updates. They will actively follow orders, communicate with suppliers, watch deadlines, and make sure problems are addressed before they become urgent.

You should be comfortable managing a customer request from the quoting stage through ordering, production, and final delivery.

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- In-person position in Mississauga

Compensation

$24.00 per hour

Compensation may be reviewed based on performance, responsibilities, and demonstrated ability to independently manage customer accounts and orders.

Experience

Promotional products industry experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with strong experience in customer service, purchasing, print, apparel, branded merchandise, or order coordination are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
