Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Baker to join our vibrant baking team! As a Baker, you will be the creative force behind crafting delicious baked goods, from artisan loafs, sweet treats & savory delights Your expertise will help create memorable experiences for our customers through high-quality food preparation, beautiful cake decorating, and exceptional kitchen skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your baking talents in a quick-paced, customer-focused environment where quality and safety are paramount.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of baked goods including artisan loafs, delicious sweets and savory treats with precision and consistency
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations
- Package baked goods carefully for sale or delivery, ensuring freshness and presentation quality




- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related food industry role; restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong skills in cake decorating and food presentation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment used in baking
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for baking tasks
