Line Cook — Dinner Service

Our Daily Brett is building a focused evening dinner program rooted in brasserie-style cooking — technique-driven, seasonal, and approachable.

We’re looking for line cooks who want more than just a job. This is a kitchen for people who want to learn solid fundamentals, understand why things are done a certain way, and grow creatively over time.

Whether you’re coming out of culinary school or have early line experience, this is a place to build real skills in a calm, professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Executing dinner service with consistency and care
- Preparing mise en place and maintaining your station to ODB standards
- Learning and following proper techniques, recipes, and portioning
- Working across stations as needed and building versatility
- Communicating clearly during service
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety

Who This Role Is For

- Recent culinary school graduates or cooks with 1+ years of kitchen experience
- People who want to understand technique, process, and execution, not just rush service
- Cooks who take pride in consistency and craftsmanship

What You’ll Learn Here

- Brasserie/Trattoria style cooking fundamentals
- Station organization and service flow
- Proper prep systems and time management
- How to execute dishes consistently at a professional level
- How menus are developed, tested, and refined
