We are looking for an exceptional individual to work Full-Time at our Shawnessy clinic.
Must be available and willing to work at all times for an average of 32-40 hours a week.

Our hours of operation:

8:00am - 10:00 pm 7 Days a week.

Massage Addict is Canadian owned and Canada’s first and largest membership-based massage therapy provider with over 95 clinics currently open. Massage Addict offers a membership program, which allows members to enhance health through regular massage therapy.
Responsibilities
*Multi tasking and Attention to detail is a must - this is a high paced environment, and we require people who can maintain professionalism whilst serving multiple clients at a time.
*Cleaning - Must be willing to participate in laundry duties and thoroughly cleaning all areas of the facility to maintain a clean and healthy clinic.
* Provide administrative support to the Clinic; archiving files and reorganizing filing cabinets
* Sales - must be able to confidently talk about memberships and have consistent sales
Requirements & Qualifications
* Must be comfortable learning and working with a company that has process and policy already in place.




* Experience within a service-oriented environment with a focus on administration and providing a high level of client service/satisfaction is an asset.
* Sales Experience
* Superior verbal communication and telephone skills
* Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills
* Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; spreadsheet, word processing and calendar management
