Looking for part time/full time beauty specialist

The Beauty Specialist provides exceptional customer service and beauty expertise while helping customers select skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and other beauty products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring an attractive and well-organized beauty department.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and explain cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and department sales targets.
- Stay current on product features, ingredients, promotions, and beauty trends.
- Maintain attractive, clean, and fully stocked beauty displays.
- Execute promotional events, brand launches, and beauty campaigns.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory, restock merchandise, and assist with merchandising.
- Follow company policies regarding loss prevention,



cash handling, and customer privacy.
- Work closely with the Beauty Manager, Front Store Manager, and brand representatives.
- Support other front-store operations as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, retail, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty and ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular lifting/restocking duties.
