Suds Hamilton is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our management team! We are in search of a customer-focused leader to assist the Suds General Manager in the operation and management of the Suds Car Wash and Express Interior Clean. If you have previous customer service management experience, we want to hear from you!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Through our accredited training program, you will be tasked with the following:
- Work as a team to help our customers maintain their vehicles
- Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedures
- Complete our Certification programs
- Slowly take accountability for tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, employee coaching and development, and more
- Develop the ability to run and/or assist one of our many locations
WHAT WE NEED
- A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well
- A team player with customer service experience
- Previous management experience is an asset
- Previous first aid training
- Knowledge of the Ontario Health & Safety Act
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Ability to notice things and take action
- Flexibility to work overtime as stores are open 7 days per week
- Must have a valid G driver’s license
- Basic computer skills an asset, specifically Excel and Windows
