What You'll Be Doing

You'll start by learning our Track Attendant position and gradually cross-train in all three of our guest-facing roles: Track Attendant, Cashier and Racing Simulator Host.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Track Operations: Prepare guests for racing, explain safety procedures, assist drivers, monitor races and keep our track running safely and efficiently.
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests, answer questions, interact with customers and help make every visit enjoyable and memorable.
- Front Desk & Cashier: Learn to manage reservations, process transactions and help guests choose their racing experiences.
- Racing Simulators:



Learn to operate our professional motion racing simulators and guide guests through their experiences.
- Teamwork & Facility Upkeep: Help clean and maintain karts, helmets, equipment and guest areas. Everyone pitches in, and there's always something productive to do.

This Is an Active, Hands-On Job!

Our team works hard, stays active and occasionally gets dirty. You must be comfortable with:





- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Frequently climbing stairs throughout your shift.
- Lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Bending, crouching and performing physical tasks.
- Cleaning karts, helmets, equipment and work areas.
- Working in a busy, noisy, fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be able to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Availability Requirements

- Approximately 18–24 hours per week.
- Evening and weekend shifts.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Flexibility during holidays, special events and busy periods is an asset.
