We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Carpenter with a strong background in commercial construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial construction projects, excellent carpentry skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position requires a willingness to travel to various job sites as project demands require.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform rough and finish carpentry work on commercial construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
- Construct, install, and repair wood and metal framing, partitions, doors, hardware, and other building components.
- Install drywall backing, blocking, millwork, and other architectural features as required.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
- Assist with layout, formwork,



and other construction activities as needed.
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.
- Follow all applicable health and safety regulations, site procedures, and building codes.
- Travel to various project locations and work away from home when required.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
