Asara Kids Health is looking for a passionate and caring Pediatric Registered Behaviour Analyst to join our growing pediatric team in Mississauga!
We are a collaborative pediatric clinic focused on providing family-centred care and helping children build the skills they need to participate and thrive in their everyday lives.
Position: Pediatric Registered Behaviour Analyst, Independent Contractor
Location: Asara Kids Health, Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Part-time position, 1 afternoon to evening and one weekend
Compensation: Competitive percentage-based fee split
About the Role
We are looking for an PT interested in building a part-time pediatric caseload within a supportive and collaborative clinic environment. The role is well suited for someone looking for flexible hours with the opportunity to gradually grow their caseload.
Responsibilities
- Behaviour assessment and individualized intervention planning
- Emotional and behavioural regulation
- Development of functional and adaptive skills
- Social and communication skills
- Daily routines and independence
- Parent and caregiver coaching
- Collaboration with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervision of behaviour therapists, where applicable
Qualifications
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
- Experience or strong interest in working with children and youth
- Comfortable working with neurodivergent children and children with varying developmental and behavioural needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about family-centred, individualized care
