We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role involves educating and caring for children, creating engaging lesson plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Educate children in various subjects, including language, math, science, and social skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom workplace that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress through observation and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Provide support for children with special needs or learning challenges as necessary.




- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Ability to write explicit lesson plans and educational materials.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning experiences (computerise).
- Leadership skills to guide classroom activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of special education needs and strategies for inclusion.
- Ability to create a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters growth and development.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
