What You Bring:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatching experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Schedule and dispatch service calls
- Coordinate technician schedules
- Manage work orders, invoicing, and customer records
- Maintain our CRM system
- Follow up with customers and ensure excellent service
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Assist with process improvement and team coordination
Assets
- HVAC, trades, or property management experience
- CRM experience
- Social media or marketing experience
