Vacation Rental Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $50,000 per year
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Schedule: 7 hours per day, 5 days per week, with evening and weekend on-call availability

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Vacation Rental Manager to join our growing short-term rental management team.

This role involves overseeing daily Airbnb operations, managing guest and property owner relationships, coordinating property maintenance, and supporting business development. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily short-term rental operations through Airbnb, iGMS, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Communicate with guests and property owners, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
- Conduct in office property visits across Toronto and the GTA as needed.
- Assist with short-term rental licensing applications and renewals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support marketing initiatives, client acquisition, and business expansion.




- Respond to urgent property-related issues and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; backgrounds in Business, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome.
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an asset.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel within Toronto, the GTA, and occasionally across Canada.
- Flexibility for evening and weekend on-call duties.
- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation are preferred.
