Your Role

- Represent Rogers telecom services directly to residential customers.
- Build relationships, explain product options, and create win-win solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets in assigned territories .
- Work closely with leaders to sharpen communication, sales, and leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For





- Must reside within a 50km radius of Moncton, NB and be able to commute to the office daily.
- We hire for attitude and potential—if you are ambitious, coachable, and possess a strong work ethic, we will train you on the rest.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- No previous sales experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
