Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Puslinch/Guelph, Ontario, supporting reinforced concrete and precast concrete design for underground infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design reinforced concrete structures such as valve chambers, circular manholes, water retention tanks, box culverts, and three-sided bridge structures.




- Apply structural engineering principles related to earth loads, live loads, reinforced concrete design, and heavy civil construction.
- Incorporate handling, lifting, installation, and constructability considerations into precast concrete structure designs.
- Lead structural engineering projects from initial design through completion while maintaining quality, compliance, and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with consulting engineers, customers, technical specialists, and public-sector officials to resolve design and project requirements.
- Represent the organization at industry events, technical committees, and professional forums related to precast concrete and infrastructure.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 per year, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
