The Account Manager Trainee program is an intensive 6-month program designed to teach you the fundamentals of recruitment. The goal is to train you to manage key client relationships, drive revenue, and lead a team of recruiters.
The focus of this role is business development. Your main objective is to build relationships with senior & executive-level stakeholders across various organizations in order to market our services and uncover profitable hiring opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Market our services to senior & executive stakeholders across various organizations.
- Assist clients in defining the hiring criteria for their open roles.
- Oversee the fulfillment of your client’s open roles.
- Full cycle headhunting & recruitment duties as needed.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within prospective clients.
- Create business plans and target account sales strategies.
- Create and prepare partnership proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms.
- Attend networking events.
- Update CRM & ATS systems as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- polished communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent work ethic
- Able to learn new softwares and programs quickly.
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- 36-months of learning in 12-months.
