The Vice-Principal supports the Principal in the overall administration and leadership of the school. The role involves supporting students, staff, families, and the wider school community while helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Principal with the day-to-day administration and operation of the school.
- Providing leadership and guidance to teachers, educational staff, and support personnel.
- Supporting student behaviour management, attendance, academic progress, and well-being.
- Responding to student and parent concerns and helping resolve issues in a professional and constructive manner.
- Supporting the implementation of school policies, procedures, and educational programs.
- Promoting an inclusive and respectful school environment that supports student success.
- Assisting with staff supervision, professional development, scheduling, and performance-related matters.




- Working closely with teachers, parents, school board staff, and community partners.
- Assisting with emergency procedures, school safety, and risk management.
- Supporting the delivery and development of French Immersion programming.
- Acting on behalf of the Principal when required and providing leadership in the Principal’s absence.
- Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the school.

The Vice-Principal plays a key leadership role in ensuring effective school operations, supporting staff and students, and contributing to a positive and successful educational environment.

Pay: $159,084.96-$172,552.61 per year
