Duties

- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing them for service.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling salads, garnishes, and side dishes to ensure timely service.
- Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions to maintain consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and proper food handling procedures.
- Ensure all food safety standards are met by adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation protocols.
- Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supplies needed.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices.
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Basic knowledge of food industry standards and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
