Aeolus Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced, resourceful Recruiter who can manage high-volume staffing requirements, build robust candidate pipelines, and turn urgent hiring requests into successful placements.

You should bring at least 3–4 years of recruitment experience within a staffing agency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to find practical solutions when traditional sourcing methods are not delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
- Deliver against high-volume hiring targets while maintaining candidate quality and responsiveness.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines by role, location, availability, skills, and shift preference.
- Keep candidate records current in the applicant tracking system and regularly reconfirm availability.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies through job boards, referrals, community outreach, social media, and other channels.
- Manage recruitment advertising budgets, monitor results, and adjust campaigns to improve qualified applications and cost per hire.
- Coordinate interviews, start dates, and assignment details, keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
- Follow up on attendance, address candidate concerns, and coordinate replacements when required.




- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to understand client needs and changing staffing priorities.
- Support occasional field activities, which may very occasionally include picking up or dropping off candidates.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency, including hands-on high-volume recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple urgent requirements and maintain a reliable candidate pipeline.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Experience managing job advertising spend and evaluating sourcing performance.
- Strong communication, follow-up, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach, sound judgment, and the ability to think beyond standard recruitment methods.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to your own reliable vehicle for occasional field assignments.
- Ability to work 100% from the office.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
