The Job

As a Breakfast Attendant, you’re key to ensuring our guests’ days are starting off right. While preparing and maintaining breakfast items, coffee and pastries, you’ll provide attentive and friendly service by welcoming them, answering their needs or special requests and even sharing qualified and thoughtful conversation to make their morning experience memorable.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast favourites, ensuring everything is fresh, well-presented, and ready for guests to enjoy.
- Set up the breakfast area each morning and keep food, beverages, condiments, and supplies stocked throughout service.
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile, answer questions, and provide assistance to help create a positive start to their day.
- Keep an eye on the buffet and dining area, replenishing items before they run out and making sure everything stays organized and inviting.
- Keep the breakfast area fresh and tidy by clearing dishes, wiping tables, cleaning spills, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining space.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards when preparing, handling, and storing food.
- Monitor breakfast inventory and let the Supervisor know when supplies are running low or equipment requires attention.
- Stay visible and engaged throughout breakfast service, checking in with guests and stepping in wherever assistance is needed.
- Wrap up breakfast service by properly storing food, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and organizing supplies for the next day.
- Reset the dining and serving areas, mop floors, empty waste receptacles, and make sure the space is clean and ready to do it all again tomorrow!
- Pitch in with other duties as needed — hospitality is a team effort!

Who We're Looking For

- Friendly and welcoming, with a genuine desire to provide great guest service.
- Reliable and punctual, especially when it comes to those important early-morning starts.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative throughout your shift.
- Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Attentive to the little details — whether something needs to be restocked, refreshed, cleaned, or taken care of.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area.
- Comfortable being on your feet and staying active throughout the shift.
- A positive team player who is willing to jump in and help when needed.




- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an asset, but we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude.
