Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and delivering a product that exceeds our customers' expectations.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Stone Fabricator to join our growing team. You will turn raw stone slabs into beautiful finished products and ensure they are flawlessly ready to be installed. The ideal candidate has an eye for precision, takes pride in hands-on craftsmanship, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn the Shop (Fabrication):

- Operate shop machinery and tools including stone saws, polishers, grinders, and routers safely and efficiently.
- Cut, shape, and polish raw granite, quartz, and natural stone slabs to exact specifications according to blueprints or templates.
- Perform precise hand-fabrication tasks, such as cutting mitres, creating custom edges, and preparing sink cutouts.
- Inspect all completed pieces for quality,



checking measurements and surface finishes to eliminate any defects before they leave the shop.

Qualifications and Skills

- 1+ years of experience in stone fabrication and/or installation (quartz, granite, natural stone) is highly preferred; experience in finish carpentry, cabinet making, or countertop templating is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with power tools and the ability to read a tape measure and blueprints with absolute accuracy.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy materials (150+ lbs) regularly alongside a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and tight seam work.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record (required for driving company installation vehicles).
