About the Role
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is recovery-focused, cooperative by nature, and open to being part of a genuinely integrative care environment. You will work alongside TCM practitioners and acupuncturists as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to well-rounded patient care that goes beyond what a single-discipline clinic can offer.
The primary focus is injury recovery and rehabilitation, including MVA cases. Experience in performance physiotherapy is a welcome addition but not required.
Compensation
This is a revenue share position. Your income scales directly with your caseload.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available. Commitment of 2-3 days per week preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with a focus on injury recovery and rehabilitation
- Manage MVA caseloads within HCAI and insurance frameworks
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress
- Collaborate with TCM and acupuncture practitioners on integrated care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Qualifications
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Experience with MVA and rehabilitation cases
- Prior experience in an integrative or TCM clinic setting is an asset
- Open to collaborating with TCM and acupuncture practitioners
- Patient-focused, communicative, and committed to long-term care relationships
