We are hiring an experienced Shipper Receiver/ Forklift Operator for a full-time position in Oakville. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience operating a Crown Turret forklift.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently to move and store products.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Prepare and verify bills of lading (BOL) and other shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systems.
- Use handheld scanners to pick orders and track inventory.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Support daily warehouse operations and meet shipping and receiving deadlines.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience.




- Hands-on experience operating a reach forklift is required.
- Valid forklift licence/certification
- At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.
- Experience with inventory management and shipping documentation.
- Ability to read and understand bills of lading.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

What We Offer

- $22.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Consistent Monday to Friday schedule
