Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker/Shipper Receiver, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth shipping and receiving operations. Duties

- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Accurately pick orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking techniques, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling packages correctly, and verifying order details.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and update inventory records using systems like MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software or AS400.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain organized storage areas, conduct regular inventory counts, and assist with warehouse distribution tasks.
- Document all shipping and receiving activities clearly in logs and reports,



ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving processes, and warehouse distribution operations.
- Valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts and reach trucks safely.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP systems, or AS400 is highly desirable.
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Experience with e-commerce order picking, packaging, and logistics is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, loading/unloading cargo throughout the shift.

Pay: $23.35-$26.69 per hour
