Responsibilities
- Maintain and update aircraft technical records, logbooks, and maintenance tracking systems.
- Review maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure records comply with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with audit preparation and regulatory inspections.
- Support administrative functions by preparing reports, maintaining logs, and handling correspondence related to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, filing, and general tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and data collection.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
- Familiarity with WinAir an asset but not required.

Pay: $41,600.00-$62,500.00 per year
