In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships, improving account performance, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Account Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, including property managers, asset managers, and ownership groups.
- Conduct regular client meetings, property visits, and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor account performance, including revenue, occupancy, utilization, and operational trends, providing strategic recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, optimize parking assets,



and expand services within existing client portfolios.
- Support contract renewals, proposals, account expansions, and retention strategies to build long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal operations, finance, technology, and business development teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Proactively resolve client concerns, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure consistent communication and follow-through.
- Present financial and operational insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions that improve overall account performance.

Account Manager Qualifications:

- 3–5+ years of experience in parking operations, account management, or real estate-based services.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a proven ability to build trust, retain accounts, and identify growth opportunities.
- Solid business and financial acumen, including experience reviewing reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, coordinating internal teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to account management and client satisfaction.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally throughout Calgary and occasionally across Western Canada.
- Experience in parking management, commercial real estate, property technology, or property management is considered an asset.
